At an unique location in The Hague, the Small Luxurious Garden Villa is a property for short stay rent for two persons. Adjacent to the Royal Palace Paleis Huis Ten Bosch you will find on “Estate Reigersbergen” tranquility in the middle of lush greens.

The elegant, very private and tastefully designed Garden Villa offers ultimate privacy and modern luxury. Interior designers have put together a first-class, very comfortable, small villa. With one sleeping room annex movie room, a comfortable modern living room with suite doors leading to the garden, as well as a fabulous custom kitchen design, and a all-glass bathroom with a view on the garden, all with state of the art equipment and facilities.

The Small Luxurious Villa combines the class of a modern mansion with verdant gardens. With a view on a well kept old garden and a romantic quince tree you will find yourself at home.  Imagine yourself in this dreamy Garden Villa for a few days or a longer period.

Design interior

The Garden Villa provides modern design furniture and are individually decorated with contemporary art from Netherlands, China, Germany and Italy.

Leather “Charles Eames” and “Le Corbusier 2” leather chairs, Dutch design Metaform® table in the living room, a Quadro© working table from Dutch’  furniture manufacturer Pastoe, Italian designed Poliform® table in the kitchen, lightning from Italian Cini&Nils® and Constanza® a design by Paolo Rizzatto. The kitchen is of Italian design, with a new Quooker® Fusion tap, a single tap for hot, cold and boiling water,  Finnish designed tableware from Ittala®, Liebherr® freezer combination, a Miele® oven and magnetron as well as an induction hob. The bathroom is all from handmade glass, with Villeroy & Boch® ceramic. The beds are original Auping® mattresses, with a handmade bed furniture made from Pastoe’s Quadro table designed by Giampaolo Babetto.

Luxury and a homey feel are characteristic for the Small Luxurious Garden Villa. You will have all technical comforts within reach, like a Loewe® and Apple® TV , a Sonos® audiosystem, access to Netflix® and wifi as well as an ultimate housemovie in the bedroom, airconditioning in sleeping room and living as well as floor heating.

Privacy & Security

Due to its exclusive location, the Small Luxurious Garden Villa offers ultimate privacy, in a secluded property, with a stunning view on carefully kept gardens and a small garden gazebo (“prieel”),
located on private property not far from to the main villa, yet with sufficient distance to allow your privacy and that of the Main Villa. The estate is guarded with state-of-the-art security cameras to protect  the villa as well as its inhabitants. “Estate Reigersbergen” is surrounded by water, entry to the property is via a bridge with a fenced gate which can only be accessed by an automatic coded panel.

Location

The Small Luxurious Garden Villa is centrally located adjacent to the Royal Palace “Huis Ten Bosch”, the Netherlands home of  our (former) Queen Beatrix and soon of King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima. Just five minutes away from the center of The Hague, comfortably situated near the main roads to Utrecht, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, yet tucked away it provides ultimate privacy.

The Small Luxurious Villa rental is available for rent up to adults. We offer a rental period from three consecutive days up to one year. The price of the Garden Villa is upon request.

The price reflects the ultimate privacy, superb location, stunning luxury and full amenities the Garden Villa offers. Any tenant will be asked to place a monetary guarantee, the amount of which will be set by the Rental Company depending on the rental period.

The Rental Company can perform a full background check on any prospective tenant before deciding whether the tenant can move into the Garden Villa it manages. The Rental Company does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sexual orientation or disability when conducting such background checks. Furthermore the Rental Company will use the same background check guidelines for every prospective tenant.  Any Rental Agreement will also include our House Rules which allows you and the inhabitants of the main villa a smooth, pleasant and tranquil stay.
